Review:

Its very rare that you find a book like this. This author was referred to me by another author who felt she might like to be interviewed on our bookpage and im so very glad she did. From the moment I cracked the book open (well, opened the fine on my EReader), I was hooked. The main character is a beautiful klutz whos prepared for a like of solitude until she is thrown into a world of super natural being who can steal your life with a simple kiss. My emotions were being pulled left and right with Daniela’s tale. I experience Sadness, excitement, discomfort and afraid of a new type of villain! And ill tell you guys this, I had NO idea who the bad guy would be until the end and when she/he came forward it felt SO obvious!!! I seriously recommend this book to everyone and am DIEING to read the next book!!!

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars and feel this book could easily become as famous as The Twilight Saga and The Sookie Stackhouse Series. Wonder kept me captivated from beginning to end with twist after twist and constant building excitement! Im so proud to have the opportunity to interview Christi Anna and thank her so much for giving me the chance!!

Review:

The wonderful Kristie Cook has done it again! Just like with her first novel, Promise, I fell in love immediately! I cannot wait until I can get the next one! This book takes place seven years after Promise ended. In that time poor Alexis has been in a horrible state of depression and many other mental problems. Her mother is still with her to help her care for her son. In this novel Alexis goes through many moods that she would classify as Foggy Alexis, Evil Alexis, Angry Alexis, Almost Normal Alexis, and etc…. But it does get better because guess what….yup I am so not telling you and you are going to have to read it to find out, but awesome! I can’t believe that everything turned out okay and that promises were able to be kept. Although a lot of obstacles stood in the past of happiness, Lexi overcame them and became the strong powerful woman that she is now. God I hate trying to explain this without spoilers and I don’t want to ruin it for everyone but things are crazy hard to explain anything! All I have to say is that if you have not picked this book up or the first in the series Promise….you really need to. You will not be disappointed!

Review: Die For Me by Amy Plum (Done by Autum Frailey)

My Review:
        
Okay first I would have to say that this book wasn’t horrible. I think that this book has been done in another form (if you know what I mean). Parents die, move to foreign country, meet a hot guy, that is mysterious, and then almost die with a happy ending. Where have we seen this before? Yeah like everywhere. When I first started it I was really confused because it jumped around without much detail on how it got there. I like the world that she created with the Revenants and the Numa. I have never actually read a book like this but it still has the whole good, bad guy thing. I think that my favorite characters would have to Jules and Charlotte. Jules was just like Vincent only a little more relaxed, and with Charlotte she was like the best girlfriend that anybody could ask for. Kate I didn’t like so much. She was a little too stuck up when it came to thing that had to do with Vincent. And Vincent…..well a little too romantic. When they “broke up” he like wallowed in his own pity for so long that it was extremely unattractive! I would recommend this book to most people if this is the kind of books that they are interested in. It just was not really my cup of tea. Good story though and I am sure that I will buy the next because I am curious about it since I thought this book was a standalone.

Review: Delirium by Lauren Oliver done by Autum Frailey

Okay first of all, WOW! I loved this story. At first I didn’t think that I would be able to get into it, but it definitely took a turn for the best. I really enjoyed the world that Lauren created in Delirium. I never would have imagined a world where love was considered a disease, but she mastered it beautifully. The way she describes the cured and uncureds are incredible. Although I would have to say that I would definitely side with the Invalids in this story. What is life without love? I think that Lena finally figured this out once she got to know Alex and the ending made me extremely sad. Well I guess I would say that the last half of the book made me a little sad, but it also surprised me big time. It is so hard to write this review without spoilers but this is as good as I can get it. :D I cannot wait until the sequel comes out. I will definitely be waiting in line for it!

Review: The Lost Saint by Bree Despain done by Autum Frailey

The non-stop sequel to The Dark Divine delivers an even hotter romance and more thrilling action than Bree Despain's first novel.  Grace Divine made the ultimate sacrifice to cure Daniel Kalbi.  She gave her soul to the wolf to save him and lost her beloved mother.  When Grace receives a haunting phone call from Jude, she knows what she must do.  She must become a Hound of Heaven.  Desparate to find Jude, Grace befriends Talbot - a newcomer to town who promises her that he can help her be a hero.  But as the two grow closer, the wolf grows in Grace, and her relationship with Daniel begins to crumble.  Unaware of the dark path she is walking, Grace becomes prideful in her new abilities - not realizing that an old enemy has returned and deadly trap is about to be sprung.  Readers, raveous for more Grace and Daniel, will be itching to sink their teeth into The Lost Saint.




REVIEW:

You know I didnt really get into this book like I did the first until the last half of the book. Its still a good book dont get me wrong but I had to make myself keep reading for a while. I did like how the book ended up. The sacrifice that Daniel made for Grace was amazing and was definitly a surprise when I realized what had happened. I will definitly be getting the next book though because I want to find out what happens next. I just hope that it doesnt start out as slow as this one did.

REVIEW:

Ok I know a lot of people really did not like this book but I really enjoyed it. Yeah there was a couple things that could have been added but maybe it is that way on purpose. There is obviously going to be a second and possibly third book in this series and who know maybe Ellen will be doing more in the next ones to make it easier to understand for some people. I thought it was a good story. I like the way she desirbed Legends Run. The whole East Side and West Side thing defintily makes sense to me. I grew up in a town in South Dakota that fits this description almost spot on. They had two different middle school and elementary schools. Only in my hometown it was North Side versus the South Side and then all of us meet in high school and it still is segregated. Hell we even have 2 colleges that are completely separated like middle school. I like the way she plays this and I thought it turned out amazing. I loved the characters, Celeste and Brandon and I know where Brandon is coming from since he lives on the wrong side of the tracks. I will definitly be picking up the second book whenever it comes out cause I cant wait to find out what happens next. I just hope that other people out there can also see the potential in this series like I can.
